Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing


Role requirements:
2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Experience in managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Ability to analyze performance data, optimize funnels, and improve ROAS / CPL
Familiarity with landing pages, tracking (GA4, GTM), and A/B testing
Experience with B2B or tech-led businesses is a plus
